Job SummaryThe Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) coordinates with the nursing leadership in an assigned unit, department or service to ensure work is accomplished safely and effectively. The ANM collaborates with the Nurse Manager to enhance the quality of care, improve staff performance and mentor the nursing staff while supervising the day-to-day activities of the assigned area.
