Salary Details:
30-50K per month depending on how many days you work and how many patients you see per day. Our current associates make $1600-$2500 per day at 25% production with daily production being around 6-12K (again depending on your experience). If you are not experienced, you will still get a $1000/day guarantee pay, as you get trained and start to see more patients, that will automatically increase to 25% production, which we will raise as performance dictates.
Hi, this is Dr. Raj from My Kids Happy Teeth in Bakersfield, CA. I would like to share that our office is hiring associate dentists as we plan to open our 2nd location in August 2025.
We are a pediatric dental office that specializes in behavior management. Our staff is well trained and confident in providing the best care possible for our little patients :)
Full time and Part time positions both are available.
General Dentists and Pediatric Specialists both are welcome.
Our pay is not competitive, our pay is considered high - especially for an experienced, well versed dentist who can comfortably and efficiently treat kids.
If the dentist is a recent graduate, or does not have any experience with kids, we are willing to provide the necessary training. We provide a very stress free, happy environment for all our team members. Plus, Bakersfield is an amazing city to settle down in, with affordable housing and living costs.

Dr. Cheryl Bhatt is a pediatric dentist from Loma Linda, and Dr. Raj Bhatt is a general dentist but only practices pediatric dentistry, from UOP.
They are a husband and wife duo, who opened their practice in 2021 called "My Kids Happy Teeth". They are on a journey now to opening a new second location, which is bigger, and they need help from pediatric or general dentists who are comfortable working with kids. They will be providing training and they are known for their "happy" stress-free, transparent, culture and high pay.
