The Opportunity
The Board is seeking a visionary mission-driven CEO to lead this transformation. Reporting to the President and Board of Directors, the CEO will have the rare opportunity of shaping Pakistan’s healthcare future - focusing on clinical excellence, sustainability, and technology-led innovation. The ideal candidate will bring integrity, empathy, and a passion for the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
To provide transformative leadership as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) overseeing all operations to ensure the institution provides high-quality patient care, mission-focused, remains financially stable and achieves its strategic goals:
Lead strategic planning and implementation to achieve the organization’s mission and goals, ensuring operational excellence and financial stability.
Think strategically, locally, globally, and futuristically, considering the needs of the network and medical profession including how the hospital and healthcare services will be managed in an efficient and sustainable manner without comprising the mission of the organization.
Oversee clinical operations, including medical and surgical services, ensuring quality patient care, medical staff and facilities coordination, and compliance with emphasis on excellence in clinical standards; and Management functions including Operations, Finance Human Resource Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology and Administration.
Drive a performance-based culture emphasizing quality, teamwork, accountability, and talent development.
Leverage information and digital technology to enhance patient care and hospital management.
Support the Board in external relations and fundraising efforts, both nationally and internationally.
Professional Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a high-calibre executive with a proven record of progressive leadership and transformative impact in healthcare and possess the following background, experience, and skills:
15+ years of progressive leadership in hospital or healthcare management, with a proven track record of implementing growth-focused strategies.
Experience managing large-scale, multi-site healthcare systems or clinical leadership in distinguished institutions (local or international) is highly preferred.
Strong team-building skills, with a focus on empathy, integrity, and active listening.

Education
Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) preferred with specialization in hospital/healthcare management (MBA, MHA, MPH) advantageous.
