We are seeking a Medical & Health Services Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities within a healthcare environment. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in healthcare operations, patient services, or medical administration. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administrative operations within clinical or healthcare departments

• Assist with patient scheduling, documentation, and general service coordination

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in internal systems

• Support healthcare staff with clerical, coordination, and follow-up tasks

• Communicate professionally with patients, internal teams, and external partners

• Ensure information is handled accurately and in compliance with privacy standards

• Assist with reporting, data organization, and workflow support as needed

• • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus)

  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

  • Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, scheduling systems)

  • Professional communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • No prior healthcare experience required; training provided

  Preferred (Not Required)

  • Coursework or interest in healthcare, public health, or administration

  • Familiarity with office or administrative support roles
