Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) and/or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) – Freestanding Birth Center

Your Role:

• Provide full-scope CNM/WHNP care including prenatal, birth, postpartum, and GYN visits

• Attend births at the birth center and support natural physiologic birth

• Collaborate closely with a team that believes in respectful, family-centered care

• Educate and empower clients with evidence-based practices

• Participate in quality improvement and ongoing development of our programs

Qualifications:

• APRN licensed (or license-eligible) in Delaware

• Current professional certification and NRP/BLS

• Experience in out-of-hospital birth is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to mentor the right candidate

• Warm, adaptable, and committed to midwifery philosophy
