Join our large well established  and respected private psychiatric practice (of 26 years), as an independent contractor Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients of all ages seeking mental health services. Your responsibilities will include conducting psychiatric evaluations, prescribing medication, and providing therapy to individuals . As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and manage your caseload according to your preferences, including a hybrid work model.

• Board Certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
• Valid state license as a Nurse Practitioner
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychiatric Nursing
• Experience in psychiatric evaluations and medication management

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to providing culturally competent care
• Preferred: 1) ability to do ADHD assessments 2)willingness to prescribe controlled medications, if appropriate 3) ability to work with children and/or geriatrics in addition to adults
