Compensation & Benefits:
Annual compensation package of $712,000
$50,000 signing bonus and annual quality bonus available
12 weeks' time off
Malpractice and tail coverage included
Practice Highlights:
Call position with competitive cardiac call stipends
Cardiac case mix includes open hearts, CABGs (90%+ on pump), valves, vascular, and thoracic
No transplants or pediatric hearts
Additional cases include general and urology, with potential need for regionals for post-op pain management
