Seeking a board-certified, fellowship-trained neuroradiologist for a short-term retrospective validation study. You will review 85 intracranial vascular imaging studies (MRA provided as NIfTI files) to identify or confirm the absence of cerebral aneurysms, with a structured 30-minute debrief call to review flagged findings.
Timeline
Start date: ASAP, ideally the week of May 3rd, pending contract execution.
Full review turnaround expected: 24–48 hours from receiving studies. Expected time to complete is ~5-8 hours.
Scope of Work
Prior to review, you will receive a brief orientation package including reference slides with annotated screenshots and NiFTI files and a short typical-cases walkthrough video to align on reporting conventions.
For each of the 85 studies, provide a structured finding:
Presence or absence of cerebral aneurysm
Location (vessel and segment)
Size (greatest dimension in mm)
Confidence tier (definite / suspicious / absent)
Add Notes for additional suspicious neuro-vascular findings
Findings are entered into a provided structured google sheets reporting template (no narrative reports required).
Following completion of the study batch, you will join a 30-minute video call to review suspicious or borderline findings and provide clinical context and color.
ABR board certification in Diagnostic Radiology
Fellowship training in Neuroradiology (CAQ preferred)
Active U.S. medical license - licensed in CA, NY, TX
Demonstrated experience in high-volume intracranial vascular imaging, including cerebral aneurysm identification on MRA
Comfort reading NIfTI format files using 3D Slicer, ITK-SNAP, or equivalent research imaging viewer
Technical Requirements
High-speed internet for secure file transfer
NIfTI-compatible imaging software with MIP/MPR reconstruction capability (3D Slicer or ITK-SNAP recommended — both free)
Diagnostic-grade monitor or equivalent
Ability to execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and standard consulting/NDA agreement
