Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, and monitors business plans, budgets, and operational strategies to support organizational goals.
Assists with formulation and tracking of budgets including managing purchases of equipment, maintaining records, preparing reports and receiving and distributing equipment.
Establishes and maintains comprehensive and current record of executed agreements.
Supports special projects and committees.
Liaises with internal and external constituencies regarding projects, equipment and contracts.
Researches, develops, and implements plans to maximize utilization of organization resources.
Maintain relation with partners and ensure deliverables are tracked and met to specification.
Reviews and develops policies and procedures impacting assigned area.
May assist with the delegation of tasks to administrative support personnel.
