York Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment within a medical direction model, with a mix of personally performed cases and supervision.
Provide anesthesia care for advanced cardiac procedures, including:
Open Heart surgery - CABG and Valves
Aortic surgeries
Mechanical Cardiopulmonary support systems - Ventricular assist device, Impella device
Cardiac Cath Lab interventions
TAVRs
EP ablations and EP studies
Mitral clippings
Watchman procedures
Catheter based mitral and tricuspid valve replacement
Perform and interpret TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiography) for open heart cases and occasional TEE guidance for structural heart procedures
TEE Certification preferred
Adult Cardiac Anesthesia Certification optional
Participate in non-cardiac cases as needed
